As the content creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content for our company with the purpose of elevating the brand and telling our corporate story. You will also be responsible for researching the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure. Moreover, content creators are expected to work simultaneously with the Sales and Training teams to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. Candidates will also be required to brainstorm and suggest newer ways and platforms to increase current customer reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

Work with the Sales and Training departments to get an understanding of the short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
Creating content that will catch maximum customer interest, will elevate our brand, and will position our company as a thought leader.
Writing and reviewing content for infographics, case studies, white papers, press releases, articles, blog posts, social media, external communications, and promotional material in general.
Optimize Search Engine Optimization-driven content to increase site traffic and engagement.
Collaborating with the rest of the Global Marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logos, and other promotional material.
Testing, measuring, and monitoring company website reports and social media traffic statistics to gather content insights and learnings.
Monitoring the increase in traffic due to new content and taking action accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve traffic and engagement by tapping into new platforms and channels.
Ensuring that the content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
Maintaining consistency in content and ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines.
Identifying customers’ needs and writing content to cater to those needs.
Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership and engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years of selling forensic, security, and/or enterprise software
Professional presentation skills covering technical content in a relatable fashion
Experience working with demanding business customers
Experience working with large strategic enterprise accounts
Familiarity with digital forensic and security technologies and services
Proven record of taking ownership of real customer issues and resolving them under pressure
Track record of responsibility for project leadership and completion
Ability to work with and gain input and resources from multiple teams and disciplines
Ability to explain technical solutions to a business-focused customer as well as a technical focused customer
Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient
Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills and disciplines
Experience in dealing with customers in a pre-sales environment using a consultative selling model
Experience operating in both direct and indirect sales environments
Experience working in a high-growth and dynamic company
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
