Expanding Training Offerings
In 2022 our course offerings grew by 67% and you, our students, attended 53% more of those courses.
We provided our customers with Capture the Flag contests, topic-focused free webinars, and specialized video presentations to help expand your knowledge about our products.
We plan to expand our certifications in 2023 and extend the amount of courses that our partners offer.
We Appreciate Our Partners
We continue to hold our product and training partners in the highest regard. As a growing global organization, we depend on our strong partner base. Knowing this, we continued making significant investment in our partners.
We hosted a Partner Summit in Las Vegas, NV in 2022 – learning about the pain points of our customers and partners around the globe.
We updated partner resources including portals, customer management, and end-user-to-partner experience enhancements.
We implemented global partner expansion in both software resale and Certified Training Partners to ensure customers have greater access to our software, quality training, and support locally.
During the Partner Summit our Training Partners attended and learned to deliver XiB training – “eXtraction in a Box” where students receive kits of devices to perform live extractions with their instructor in person or remotely. This allows for one of our most popular courses to be able to be taught to a wider audience around the world.
More to come in 2023, and we can’t wait.
And we’re just getting started, here’s to 2023.
